Finding Your Balance Workshop

All of Nature has an order, rhythm and balance…Humans are no different. Often most people aren’t even sure what area of their life is draining them. Often areas that bring us joy are not well attended to and areas that drain us dominate our mental energy.
First, we will identify what it feels like to live a life that is out of balance & then learn how to incorporate coping skills into our day to day hectic lives. Each person attending this workshop will explore their specific areas of balance/imbalance. Master Life Coach, Leah Vanzant will guide the group through a simple activity that is completed individually during the workshop. Leah has a lot of experience guiding others as they navigate through the areas of their personal life. When you are done with this workshop, each participant will have a visual guide that will give insight on areas that need no improvement and also where to take action towards a specific change.
For anyone interested, there will be an additional 30 minutes of open discussion time for anyone that wants to share their results or engage in conversation with others in the course. A complimentary follow-up Workshop is offered on January 27th @ 7pm, “How to set & Reach Goals”. This will led by Leah Vanzant as well, sign up on the Events page.
