Free Do you find yourself turning to food as a source of comfort? In this session we will explore why we find ourselves using food as a means to "make us feel better". During this session we will learn what it means to be an "emotional eater". We also will learn how to identify our emotional triggers, how to cope with our feelings, and explore alternative ways to handle these emotions.
